The Estate

The estate is secured by a boundary wall with gate and guard house at the main entrance. Inside the estate, there will be Cabro paved roads, trees and well-manicured gardens. Each of the plots has sufficient space for a swimming pool.

For families, a site for a nursery has been planned (is for sale). Within the estate is a borehole with a water tower, electricity connection and a convenience store/shopping facility.
